Overview of Core Cooperation Process
Our collaboration follows five stages, ensuring that every step from conception to delivery is clear, professional and reliable.
Phase 1: Demand Communication And Alignment
Objective: Clearly define the goals, core requirements, and constraints of your project.
● Initial consultation
Your operation: Submit your basic demand intention through the official website, email or phone.
Our action: The dedicated account manager will contact you within 24 hours to understand the project details.
● Demand alignment
Your action: Prepare and communicate detailed requirements with our technical team. The content can be referred to as:
Product specifications: resolution, sensor, lens, night vision, interface, size of the shape, imaging direction, PIN definition, order of PIN definition, etc.
Software features: If there is no such item, then no need to write. Intelligent algorithms, APP/platform integration, customized UI, private protocols, etc.
Certification and Compliance: Requirements for Target Market Certification (such as RoHS).
Ordering and Cost Targets: Projected order quantity, target unit price, launch time.
Our action: Provide a technical feasibility analysis and preliminary suggestions.
● Sign a non-disclosure agreement
Before delving into the technical details, both parties can first sign an NDA to ensure that your ideas and business information are adequately protected.
Phase 2: Scheme Evaluation, Quotation And Contract
Objective: To formulate and confirm feasible customized schemes and commercial terms.
● Provide customized scheme document
Our delivery: Based on communication, provide a detailed "Product Scheme Document", including technical roadmap, development cycle, key material list, etc.
● Formal quotation
Our delivery: Provide a detailed quotation sheet including mold fee, development fee, prototype fee, and production unit price.
Both parties confirmation: Reach an agreement on price, payment method (such as deposit ratio).
● Sign project contract
Both parties confirmation: Sign the formal "Product Development and Supply Contract", clearly stating technical specifications, intellectual property rights, delivery date, quality guarantee, and liability for breach of contract, etc.
Phase 3: Design And Sample Verification
Objective: Transform the plan into physical samples and complete testing and verification.
● Industrial design and structural design
Our delivery: We will provide 2D structural design drawings of the product for your confirmation of the appearance and structure.
● Hardware and Software Development
Our Action: Conduct PCBA design.
● Prototype Production and Delivery
Our Delivery: Provide 3-5 sets of engineering prototypes for your testing.
Your Operation: Conduct functional, performance, reliability and user experience tests on the prototypes and provide the "Sample Test Report".
Both Parties Confirmation: Based on the test results, optimize the design and finally sign the "Sample Confirmation Letter", scan the signed "Sample Confirmation Letter" and send it to sales@juchangxing.com to lock the technical specifications.
Phase 4: Mass Production And Quality Control
Objective: Initiate mass production and ensure stable product delivery.
● Trial Production
Carry out small-scale trial production to verify the production line and process, and ensure consistency with the prototype.
● Mass production
According to the delivery schedule stipulated in the contract, initiate mass production and regularly report the production progress to you.
● Full-process quality control
Carry out quality inspections throughout the entire process, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC.
Phase 5: Logistics Delivery And After-sales Service
Objective: To safely deliver and establish long-term support.
● Logistics and Delivery
Arrange packaging and shipment according to the agreed trade terms, and provide complete shipping documents.
● Project Closure and Continuous Support
Complete the project and provide continuous technical support.

Seamless procurement process: From inquiry to delivery
We have designed a clear, professional and reliable procurement process for global B2B partners. Whether you are ordering standard products or participating in OEM/ODM projects, we ensure that the entire process is transparent and efficient.
Standard order process
Step 1: Inquiry And Quotation
Your operation steps: Submit your inquiries through our website or email. Please specify the product model, quantity, and destination port/country.
Our action: Within 24 working hours, we will send you a proforma invoice (PI), which includes detailed specifications, unit price, total amount, payment terms, and estimated delivery time.
Step 2: Order Confirmation And Payment
Your operation: Confirm the purchase order and make the payment according to the agreed terms.
Common payment terms: For new customers: Payment first, then arrangement.
For repeat customers: Negotiable terms (for example, 70% deposit, remaining 30% paid before shipment).
Our action: Send payment confirmation information and formally include your order in our production plan.
Step 3: Production And Quality Control
Our action: After receiving the order, we start production.
We conduct process quality inspection (abbreviated as IPQC).
Before shipment, we will conduct a final random inspection (FRI) and can provide inspection reports and photos as required.
Step 4: Delivery And Shipment
Our action: Arrange logistics matters and send you the shipping documents (packing list, commercial invoice, ocean bill of lading/airway bill).
● Provide tracking information
International trade terms: We usually adopt this trading method: "Shenzhen FOB" or "Factory Delivery Price". Other terms (such as "Cost, Insurance and Freight", "Destination Delivery Price", "After Tax Delivery Price") can be negotiated and determined.
Step 5: After-Sales Support
Our action: Provide technical support, warranty services (usually 12 to 24 months) and answer any post-delivery consultation questions.
