Product Introduction

S5KHM2 108MP MIPI Auto Focusing Camera Module is a highly integrated NonaCell 108 MP camera chip that indludes a CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) withimage correction functionality and performs serial transmission using multi-lane MIPI (4-lane). It is designed for fast and low-power operation to deliver full resolution capture at 10 frames persecond (fps) and 12 MP video stream at 90 fps.

S5KHM2 supports Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) image capturing in both video and stllmodes that allows high-quality image capturing when there is a mixed lighting scene.

S5KHM2 108MP MIPI Auto Focusing Camera Module supports the following features:

● 108 MP sensor with 1/1.52" optics.

● Unit pixel size of 0.7um x 0.7um.

● Effective resolution of 12000 (H) x 9000 (V).

● Active resolution of 12024 (H) x 9024 (V).

● NonaCell RGB Bayer pattern color filter.

● Electronic rolling shutter and global reset.

● Maximum normal frame rate of 10 fps @ full 108 MPMaximum normal frame rate of 90 fps @ 12 MPMaximum 3D HDR. Frame rate of 30 fps @ 12 MP.

● Maximum video frame rate of 360 fps @ HD.
