S5K4H7 8MP MIPI Fixed Focus sony Camera Module is a highly integrated 8M pixel camera chip that includes a CMOS image sensor (CIS). imagecorrection functionality and serial transmission using 4-lane MIPl to supports lane swap. It is designed for fast yetlow power operation delivering full resolution capture at 30 frames per second (fps) and full field of view (16.9)FHD video at 30fps. It is fabricated by SAMSUNG 90 nm back side llumination (BSI) CMOS image sensorprocess developed for imaging applications to realize a high-efficiency and low-power photo sensor. The sensorconsists of 3264 x 2448 effective pixels that meet with the 1/4-inch optical format.

 

S5K4H7 8MP MIPI Fixed Focus sony Camera Module is suitable for a low-power camera module with a 2.8 V/1.8 V/1.2 V power supply.
